    摘要:

    为提升长江水文数据中心的容灾能力与安全保障水平,为水文监测及综合管理业务连续性提供技术支撑,构建长江水文数据中心备份容灾系统。建立水文数据分类分级管理体系,基于数据类型差异与业务重要性等级,制定差异化备份策略。针对关键业务数据构建多级灾备保护机制,形成全流程、智能化的数据备份与恢复体系。实际应用验证表明,研究成果可有效提升长江水文数据中心的容灾响应效率与故障恢复能力,显著降低数据丢失风险,充分保障水文核心业务的持续稳定运行,为长江流域水安全管理提供可靠的技术保障。

    Abstract:

    To improve the disaster recovery capability and security assurance level of Yangtze River Hydrological Data Center, and to provide technical support for the continuity of hydrological monitoring and integrated management services, the backup and disaster recovery system for Yangtze River Hydrological Data Center was constructed. This study established a classification and hierarchical management system for hydrological data. Based on differences in data types and levels of business criticality, differentiated backup strategies were formulated. A multi-level disaster recovery protection mechanism was constructed for key business data, forming a full-process and intelligent data backup and recovery system. Practical application results showed that the proposed system effectively improved the disaster recovery response efficiency and fault recovery capability of the Yangtze River Hydrological Data Center, significantly reduced the risk of data loss, and ensured the continuous and stable operation of core hydrological services, providing a reliable technical safeguard for hydrological safety management in the Yangtze River Basin.
