    摘要:

    为提升雅砻江流域智能集控水平,实现流域水风光蓄储一体化调度,构建涵盖基础设施、“一平台一中心”、 数字孪生基础服务、数字孪生业务功能的四大横向层,以及网络安全防护体系、标准规范保障体系两大纵向层的 “四横两纵”总体框架,明确智能平台、测报、计划、调度四大核心建设任务,重点分析远程办公场景下多模块跨区数据交互、复杂调度场景下专业模型敏捷响应、调度体系可视化搭建与动态实例化、基于大模型的业务智能响应四大关键技术的解决路径,形成雅砻江数字孪生建设方案。研究成果可指导雅砻江流域数字孪生项目的落地实施,并为类似流域的数字孪生建设提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    To improve the level of intelligent centralized control in the Yalong River Basin and realize integrated dispatching of water,wind,solar,and storage resources,this study investigated the construction scheme of a digital twin system. A “four horizontal and two vertical” overall framework was established,including four horizontal layers (infrastructure,“one platform and one center”,digital twin basic services,and digital twin business functions) and two vertical layers (network security protection system and standard specifi cation support system). Four core construction tasks—intelligent platform,measurement and forecasting,planning,and dispatching—were clarified. The solution paths of four key technologies were analyzed:multi-module cross-regional data interaction under remote working scenarios,agile response of specialized models under complex dispatching conditions,visual construction and dynamic instantiation of dispatching systems,and intelligent business response based on large models. A comprehensive digital twin construction scheme for the Yalong River Basin was thus developed. The results can guide the implementation of digital twin projects in the Yalong River Basin and provide reference for similar river basins.
