    摘要:

    水利行业近年来开始在水利监测、抢险救援、超视距数据传输等领域应用 Ka 高通量卫星通信,但也面临降雨衰减较大等挑战。Ka 高通量卫星通信在克服降雨衰减方面的关键技术主要包括自适应编码调制、极低信噪比通信 2 种技术,采用卫星链路预算方法对 2 种技术在潘家口水库的抗雨衰能力进行仿真分析。结果表明:不采用上述技术的通信系统抗雨衰能力仅为 0.5 dB,降雨发生后通信很快中断;采用上述技术的通信系统抗雨衰能力最高可达 20.0 dB,可在 25 mm/h 的雨强场景中保持通信不中断。因此,需要选择自适应编码调制范围和极低信噪比通信能力优秀的卫星通信网络系统开展 Ka 高通量卫星通信水利应用,以增强卫星通信可靠性,支撑水利高质量发展。

    Abstract:

    In recent years,the hydraulic industry has begun applying Ka high-throughput satellite communication (Ka HTS) in areas such as water monitoring,emergency rescue,and beyond-line-of-sight data transmission. However, challenges such as signifi cant rain attenuation remain. Key technologies for mitigating rain attenuation in Ka HTS include adaptive coding and modulation (ACM) and ultra-low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) communication. A satellite link budget method is used to simulate and analyze the rain attenuation resistance of these two technologies in the Panjiakou Reservoir. Results indicate that systems without these technologies exhibit a rain attenuation resistance of only 0.5 dB,with communication failing shortly after rainfall begins. In contrast,systems employing these technologies achieve resistance levels of up to 20.0 dB,maintaining uninterrupted communication under rainfall intensities of 25 mm/h. To enhance the reliability of satellite communication and support the high-quality development of the hydraulic sector,it is essential to adopt satellite communication systems with excellent ACM range and ultra low SNR communication capabilities for Ka HTS hydraulic applications.
