    摘要:

    为实现城市大范围洪涝风险的快速高效响应,需要进行大尺度的内涝风险范围计算,并通过孪生应用对计算结果进行合理的可视化表达。以甬江流域的平原区域为研究区,针对平原区域地势平缓的特性,结合空间插值技术对水位点数据进行空间变换,结合高精度地形、下垫面等数据进行空间叠加分析和风险对象识别;基于多尺度遥感数据构建三维场景,实现内涝预测预警、仿真预演。结果表明:基于空间插值的内涝风险计算方法快捷高效, 适用于平原区域大尺度的快速内涝风险评估,结合数字孪生的内涝仿真模拟可进一步提升可视化效果,增强研究区内涝风险应急能力。

    Abstract:

    To achieve rapid and efficient response to large-scale urban flooding risks,it is necessary to calculate a large-scale scope of waterlogging risks and reasonably visualize the computational results through twin applications. Taking the plain area of the Yongjiang River Basin as the research area and considering the fl at terrain characteristics of the plain area,this study integrates spatial interpolation technology for spatial transformation of water level data, combined with high-precision topographic data and underlying surface data for spatial overlay analysis and risk object identifi cation. A three-dimensional scene is constructed based on multi-scale remote sensing data to achieve waterlogging forecasting,early warning,and simulation rehearsal. The results demonstrate that the waterlogging risk calculation method based on spatial interpolation is quick and effi cient,suitable for rapid waterlogging risk assessment in large-scale plain areas. The integration of digital twin simulations for waterlogging can further enhance visual eff ects and strengthen the emergency capabilities of waterlogging risk in the research area.
