    摘要:

    针对北江流域洪水灾害频发的现状,为提升北江流域防洪减灾能力,广东省水利厅组织建设数字孪生北江流域。数字孪生北江流域基于广东省大数据、模型和知识等平台的公共能力,聚焦防洪联合优化调度,通过北江流域水库、蓄滞洪区、水闸、分洪河道、堤防等组成的“蓄、行、滞、分”防洪工程体系与数字孪生技术的深度耦合,协同优化多工程群组“上调、中控、下分”联动,搭建预报预警—工程调度—河道演进—精细模拟—风险研判—预案执行的全链条“四预”框架。数字孪生北江流域有效支撑“22·6”北江特大洪水、北江 2024 年第 1 号洪水的防御工作,相关成果已推广复用至数字孪生水网、数字孪生东江流域等。

    Abstract:

    In response to the frequent occurrence of fl ood disasters in Beijiang River Basin,and aiming to improvethe fl ood control and disaster reduction capacity of Beijiang River Basin,Guangdong Department of Water Resourcesorganized the construction of digital twin of Beijiang River Basin. The digital twin of Beijiang River Basin is based onthe public capacities of Guangdong Province’s big data platform,model platform,and knowledge platform,focusingon joint optimization dispatching for fl ood prevention. It deeply integrates the fl ood prevention engineering systemcomprising reservoirs,flood detention areas,sluice gates,and flood diversion channels,levees in Beijiang RiverBasin with digital twin technology,coordinating the optimization of multiple engineering group linkage for “upwardadjustment,middle control,and downward diversion”. A complete “Four Pre” framework of forecasting and earlywarning-engineering scheduling-river progression-precise simulation-risk assessment-pre-plan executionhas been established. The digital twin Beijiang eff ectively supported the defense against the“ 22·6” extraordinaryfl ood and the fi rst fl ood of 2024 in Beijiang River. The related achievements have been promoted and reused in thedigital twin water network,digital twin Dongjiang,etc.
