    摘要:

    针对城市小流域业务协同困难、涉水要素众多、监测手段有限,导致水安全、水环境、水生态多目标协同困难的特点,利用物联网、大数据、数字孪生等前沿技术手段,构建覆盖数据采集、孪生流域、流域业务、流域标准体系、信息安全体系“三横两纵”的城市小流域智慧管控技术。以成都市某小流域为例,建立覆盖厂网河一体化综合管控平台,创新性提出基于“视频+AI”的水生态质量实时定量评估方法,实现流域全要素数字孪生管理、工控系统数据安全使用和流域“四预”调度分析,支撑流域不同降雨情景下多目标协同管理。

    Abstract:

    In view of the diffi culties in business collaboration,numerous water-related factors,and limited monitoringmeans,which lead to the diffi culties in multi-objective collaboration of water security,water environment,and waterecology,this paper develops “three horizontal and two vertical” intelligent management and control technology of urban small watershed. It covers data collection,twin watershed,watershed service,standard system,and informationsecurity system,with the methods of IoT,big data,and digital twin. Taking a small watershed in Chengdu City as a case,the comprehensive management and control platform that integrates plants,pipe network,and river is established,innovatively proposing a real-time,quantitative evaluation method for water ecological quality based on “video + AI”,which enables the digital twin management of all elements within the watershed,secure use ofindustrial control system data,and“ four pre” dispatching analysis for the watershed. As a result,it can support multi-objective collaborative management under diff erent rainfall scenarios within the watershed.
