    摘要:

    针对汉江流域水工程种类多样、体量庞大、预报调度任务复杂且艰巨、水资源管理与调配业务信息化程度不足的现状,选取汉江流域作为数字孪生建设先行先试工作试点,重点围绕防洪调度和水资源管理与调配业务需求,开展数字孪生平台及预报、预警、预演、预案“四预”功能建设。目前,数字孪生汉江流域已初步构建与流域实体孪生的数据底板,搭建统一且通用的模型平台和微服务化的知识平台,融合专业模型、知识图谱与业务应用,基于水工程联合调度规则库、水位目标控制的水库调度方式优化、行蓄洪空间防洪调度知识图谱等关键技术,形成防洪调度和水资源管理与调配智慧应用。建设过程中在可视化技术、孪生平台、知识图谱等方面凝练相关技术成果,可为其他数字孪生建设提供支撑参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the current situation of huge volume of diverse water projects,complex and diffi cult forecasting andscheduling tasks,and insufficient informatization of water resources management in Hanjiang River,this study selectsHanjiang River basin as a pilot project for digital twin construction,focusing on fl ood control and demand of water resourcesmanagement and allocation,carrying out the development of digital twin platform and “four pre” functions of forecast,early warning,rehearsal and plan. At present,the digital twin of Hanjiang River basin has initially built a basin data base,a unifi ed universal model platform,and a micro services-based knowledge platform,integrating professional models andknowledge mapping with applications. Based on key technologies such as database of joint scheduling rules for waterprojects,reservoir scheduling method optimization based on water level target control,and fl ood control and scheduling knowledge graph in fl ood storage space,smart applications thus can be established,including fl ood control and scheduling,as well as water resources management and allocation . Relevant technical achievements have been formed in visualizationtechnology,twinning platform,and knowledge map,which can provide support reference for other digital twin construction.
