In view of the diffi culties in long-term,real-time and eff ective collection and supervision of various monitoring data,this paper discusses the construction of information collection system for rural water supply safety projects, puts forward the construction idea with“data,users and standards”as the core,and adopts the system architecture of government affairs and water conservancy platform resource integration. According to the scales and platform construction of rural water supply projects,three technical schemes for rural water supply information collection are proposed,which are data collection and sharing of large-scale water supply projects,data direct transmission of small centralized water supply projects,and data platform sharing of county-level agricultural water safety management system. The system realizes the effi cient collection of data resources in agricultural drinking water across the province, clearly divides the supervision rights and responsibilities of monitoring data for rural water supply projects at all levels, and improves the supervision level of rural water supply safety in Anhui Province. The technical achievements have been applied in the construction of rural water supply safety monitoring project in Anhui Province,which can provide technical guarantee for the stable improvement of rural drinking water safety supervision capacity in Anhui Province.
