In order to support long-term operation and control of drainage systems and strengthen intelligent operation level of flood control and drainage,a joint management platform for urban water management is designed and implemented according to the management and control demand of urban water department. Unified storage and management of the elements involved in urban drainage systems,and the system accesses to real-time monitoring data of drainage pipe network,waterlogging hot spots,retention storage tanks,pump stations and other facilities,the hydrodynamic and operation model of the drainage system is developed. In addition,the functional modules including a map of fl ood control and drainage,real-time monitoring,situation analysis and other functions are developed and implemented,with the geographic information system as the service carrier of display and analysis . It can provide comprehensive services such as data resource management,early warning analysis,model services,facility emergency scheduling,emergency rescue and disaster relief decision-making. The research and development results can provide informatization and intelligent services for urban drainage water resources and water security management,and eff ectively support joint operation and management,thus scientifi c decision-making of fl ood control management.
