    摘要:

    基于智慧水利数字孪生流域 L1,L2,L3 级数据底板及水土保持基础和相关业务等数据,围绕“十四五” 时期智慧水土保持数字化场景建设任务,结合水土保持业务数字化、网络化、智能化的应用需求,提出水土保持数字化场景建设的目标、总体框架、技术路线与方法,可为智慧水土保持建设提供参考。通过数字孪生、大数据、 人工智能等技术与水土保持业务的交互应用,实现水土保持信息智能感知、管理服务高效协同、监督执法及时有效和淤地坝运行风险预判预案。目前,水土保持数字化场景建设仍处于起步阶段,需在实践应用中进一步探索和完善。

    Abstract:

    Based on the L1,L2 and L3 level data base plate of digital twin basin in smart water,and the basic and business data of water and soil conservation,focusing on the construction task of smart soil and water conservation digital scenes during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,this paper proposes the objectives,overall framework, technical workfl ow and methods of water and soil conservation digital scene development,considering its application needs of digitization,networking and intelligence. This proposal can provide ideas and reference for smart water and soil conservation development. By promoting interactive application of digital twin,big data,artifi cial intelligence and other technologies with water and soil conservation business,the intelligent perception of information,effi cient coordination of management services,timely and eff ective supervision and law enforcement,and the pre-judgment plan of check dam operation risk have been realized. However,the development of digital scene is still in the initial stage and needs further exploration and improvement in practical application.
