    摘要:

    为获取高精度的水下三维模型细节纹理结构,满足数字孪生建设对水下三维实景数据底板获取的需求,实现对水下构筑物的实时可视化动态监测,基于 GNSS 和 USBL 技术研究构建水陆一体化定位系统,融合水陆一体化定位技术、有缆 ROV 和水下摄影测量设备等研发水下摄影测量系统,实现数字孪生水下三维实景数据底板的获取,并采用多波束测深、水下三维全景成像声呐等系统,对水下摄影测量系统获取的三维实景模型数据成果精度进行验证。结果表明:水下摄影测量系统获取的三维实景模型精度满足规范要求,可用于数字孪生流域/工程等水下基础数据底板的建设,也可为水下高精度三维场景重构再现和水利工程水下构筑物实时动态监测提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the high-accuracy detailed texture structure of the underwater 3D model,meet the requirements of digital twin construction for the acquisition of underwater 3D real data base plate,and realize the real-time visualization and dynamic monitoring of underwater structures,an integrated positioning system of ocean and land is established based on GNSS and USBL technology. The underwater photogrammetric system is developed by fusing the positioning technology of integrated ocean and land,cabled ROV and underwater photogrammetric equipment,which realizes the acquisition of 3D real data base plate for digital twin underwater. The accuracy of 3D real model data obtained by underwater photogrammetric system is verified by using multi-beam bathymetry system and underwater 3D panoramic imaging sonar system. The results show that the accuracy of 3D real model obtained by the underwater photogrammetric system can meet the specification requirements,which can be applied for the construction of underwater basic data base plate such as digital twin basins and engineering,and also provide technical support for the reconstruction and reproduction of high-precision 3D underwater scenes and the real-time dynamic monitoring of underwater structures in hydraulic engineering.
