Abstract:Due to large space, high equipment proportion and strong industry particularity of hydrological capital construction projects, this study develops a WebGIS-based project management platform by using technologies such as WebGIS and Internet of Things. Based on the analysis of design concept, a B/S mode, four-layer general framework is designed, including data collection and transfer layer, data management layer, application support layer and business service layer. With functions of information display, tracking management, information inquiry, and system management, intelligent life cycle management from planning and design, project implementation, project acceptance to operation management is realized. The platform highlights features of hydrological construction projects. It satisfies the demands of intelligent management and realizes real-time information sharing of hydrological construction. The platform shows good performance in several scenarios, such as real-time statistical analysis of project progress, whole process management of instruments and equipment, standardized management of archives, which effectively improves the management efficiency and informatization of hydrological capital construction projects.
