Abstract:Considering current water resources condition, water management system and capacity in Quanzhou, there are problems in water resources allocation system, such as lack of non-engineering supporting measures. In order to effectively ensure water supply safety for residents, industry and agriculture in Quanzhou, the city integrates smart forecast and regulation models to address these problems. Based on multi-source heterogeneous, shared big data and the underlying support of smart water, an integrated platform is developed with water resources regulation as the core. The platform carries out big data analysis and computation for intelligent application of comprehensive decisionmaking, which can provide support for optimized water resources allocation and supply. This will further provide strong support for Quanzhou modern water network engineering system, to achieve the goal of “multi-source water allocation during wet and dry seasons, which can restore inhabitable environment”. The platform helps solve the water resource problems of Quanzhou city in the new period, which provides reference for cities and provinces, and contributes to the high-quality development of national water management in the new stage.
