Abstract:In recent years, hydro-informatics in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) has developed rapidly. However, it still has a lot of work to improve comprehensive service, effective support, co- development and sharing and collaborative work. Due to information islanding, data islanding and business separation problems in hydro-informatics development, the XPCC starts work on data integration and sharing. Considering current situation of hydro-informatics in XPCC, the integration and sharing work applies service-oriented architecture (SOA) to design, develop and deploy system based on J2EE platform. The integration of heterogeneous resources is realized by technologies such as Spring, Struts and MVC, and business application service sharing is realized by Web Service. Web GIS technology is used to improve map service and function service. These technologies are expected to solve problems in hydro-informatics integration of XPCC. A shared service platform for hydro-informatics resource integration, business collaboration and efficient application has been initially developed. It has improved the hydroinformatics application support and service capability in XPCC, as well as administrative efficiency. The study can provide reference for similar projects on hydro-informatics integration and sharing.
