    摘要:

    基于光学透射原理设计研发的泥沙含量测量系统采用整体浸没式测量,具有量程大(0.001~100 kg/m3 ), 测量精度较高(误差在 ±6% 以内),响应时间短(< 5 s)和网页实时展示数据等特点,能够满足特定河湖区域泥沙含量的测量需求。详细介绍整套系统的测量原理和构成。通过比对实验验证该技术在实际运用中的精度较高,测量值与真实值的相对误差能够达到 6% 以内。这项技术可以作为一种新型量测手段代替人工取样方法运用于泥沙含量测量。这套系统现已部署于江苏省沭阳水文水资源监测中心新沂河测量断面,进行泥沙含量的 24 h 在线监测。在实时监测过程中在线监测结果定期和人工取样结果进行数据比对,两者误差在 6% 以内。并且利用系统进行多点测量,研究泥沙含量在不同深度下的历时变化曲线,绘制测量断面的垂向泥沙含量剖面曲线。

    Abstract:

    Based on the optical transmission principle, the sediment content measurement system uses full immersion measurement, which has the characteristics of large measuring range, high precision, fast response and real-time data display. The system can meet the measurement demands of sediment content in specific rivers and lakes. This paper introduces the measurement principle and composition of the whole system in detail. The comparison experiments show that this technology has high accuracy in practice, and the relative error between measured value and actual value is within 8%. This technology can be used as a new measurement method instead of manual sampling method to measure sediment load. This system has been applied in the measurement cross-section of Xinyi River managed by Hydrology and Water Resources Monitoring Center in Shuyang, Jiangsu Province, to monitor sediment content around the clock. During real-time monitoring, comparison with manual sampling data is carried out, and the difference is less than 10%. Multi-point measurement is also carried out to study the temporal variation curve of sediment content at different depths, and profile of vertical sediment content at the measurement cross-section is plotted.
