Abstract:It has a variety of water conservancy business systems, but the construction mode of separate construction and special construction causes difficulties in water conservancy information sharing, data waste and repeated investment. In order to solve the problems of the water spatial data integration and sharing difficult of water application services in Xinjiang Crops, based on public basic geographic elements and water conservancy data, the Xinjiang Crops’s water conservancy adopts service-oriented J2EE multi-layer system architecture, and uses Spring MVC technology to build a portal. Through the comprehensive use of Web GIS, service aggregation and other technical methods, it initially forms a database of “one data, one source”, builds a water conservancy data sharing service platform, frames a spatial information sharing service system, and build a business application system of “water one map +”. It initially establishes a service sharing platform for corps, realizes the collaborative service and dynamic update of one map. And it plays an important role in the construction of several water conservancy systems, provides services for the construction of ecological rivers and lakes and smart water conservancy of the corps.
