    摘要:

    为强化物联网、大数据、人工智能等信息技术与黄河三角洲业务的深度融合,深入分析黄河三角洲业务智慧应用和信息化建设需求,提出智慧黄河三角洲总体建设思路和分期建设目标。设计建立智慧黄河三角洲的总体框架,并从监测感知、信息汇集、智能服务与分析支撑、业务智能应用、网络安全 5 个方面详细设计技术参考模型,实现黄河三角洲生态环境保护、水资源利用、文化旅游管理、工业与城市化发展、科研服务等业务的信息高效共享与智能管理应用,高效支撑黄河三角洲生态保护和高质量发展战略实施,对建立黄河三角洲综合信息服务决策支持平台具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to strengthen the deep integration of information technology such as Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence with the business of the Yellow River Delta, this paper deeply analyze the business intelligence application and information construction requirements needs of the Yellow River Delta and put forward the overall construction ideas and phased construction objectives of the smart Yellow River Delta. The overall framework of the smart Yellow River is designed and the technical reference model is designed from five aspects: monitoring perception, information convergence, intelligent service and analysis support, business intelligence application and network security in detail to realize efficient information sharing and intelligent management applications of ecological environmental protection, water resources utilization, cultural tourism management, industrial and urbanization development, scientific research services and other businesses. The efficient information sharing and intelligent management of business can effectively support the implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategy in the Yellow River Delta and has certain guiding significance for establishing the comprehensive information service decision support platform in the Yellow River Delta.
