Abstract:The design scheme of smart water conservancy project is now a hot spot in the research and practice of water conservancy field, and the evaluation system of project intelligence level is also the most concerned problem of engineers. This paper analyzes the concept of smart water conservancy project, and puts forward that the goal of smart water conservancy project is to endow water project with the ability of self-adaption and independent optimization decision-making through mathematical model and intelligent algorithm on the basis of project automation controlling. Around the construction goal of smart water conservancy project, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system and evaluation method composed of 19 indexes including digitization, automatization and intellectualization. The application of this evaluation system and method can not only comprehensively quantify the smart level of water conservancy projects, but also effectively guide the technical development direction of design and operation management of smart water conservancy projects, promote the innovation of construction, so as to fully support the high-quality construction and operation management of water conservancy projects in the new era.
