    摘要:

    随着物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、5G 等新一代信息技术的发展,智慧水利成为当前水利领域的重要研究内容和发展方向。为理清智慧水利的主要研究内容和关键科学问题,进一步推动我国智慧水利发展,介绍当前智慧水利的研究背景,归纳智慧水利的概念、内涵和应具备的属性特征,提出智慧水利总体层次框架,并详细分析各层功能和支撑技术,综述典型应用领域相关智慧系统平台的搭建方法和实验过程。通过对现有理论技术和应用系统的总结梳理,提出:加强基础设施建设,推动信息技术与水利业务深度融合,构建高效知识体系,提高系统可视化能力,完善水利一张图,加强安全保障,制定统一标准协议,解决不同数据规模带来的挑战等,是智慧水利未来主要研究方向。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, 5G and other new-generation information technologies, smart water conservancy has become an important research content and development direction in the field of water conservancy. In order to clarify the main research contents and key scientific issues of smart water conservancy, and further promote the development of smart water conservancy in China, this paper introduces the current research background of smart water conservancy, summarizes the concept, connotation and characteristics of smart water conservancy, proposes the overall hierarchical framework of smart water conservancy, analyzes the functions and supporting technologies of each layer in detail, and summarizes the construction method and experimental process of intelligent system platform related to typical application fields. Based on summary and comb of the existing theory and application system, the main research directions of smart water conservancy in the future are putting forward, including strengthening infrastructure construction, promoting the deep integration of information technology and water conservancy business, building efficient knowledge system, improving system visualization, completing National Water One Map System, strengthening security guarantee, formulating unified standard agreement, solving the challenges caused by different data scales and so on
