Abstract:Water conservancy project quality inspection is an important means to ensure project quality. In order tostandardize project quality inspection behavior and strengthen supervision and management, the Tibet hydraulicengineering quality supervision and inspection management system is developed. Based on the analysis of the overallsystem design ideas, user management and database design, the quality inspection and supervision management systembased on B/S structure is designed and constructed by using Java language, MySQL database and Spring MVC overallarchitecture system, in accordance with the management standards, mandatory rules and regulations related to waterconservancy project quality inspection. The main functional modules include six first-level modules: system authoritymanagement, basic data management, inspection agency related information management, inspection management,data statistics and analysis, and message management, which can realize remote centralization and standardizationmanagement of water conservancy project quality inspection agencies and related testing information, and providereliable technical guarantees for engineering inspections quality.
