江苏水文现代化建设的现状与思考

Current situation and thinking on construction of hydrologic modernization of Jiangsu Province

摘要:

随着我国经济水平的不断提升，迫切需要水文工作提供更准、更快、更全的水文监测数据和内容丰富、形象直观的服务产品。在总结江苏水文现代化发展现状、分析当前存在的主要问题的基础上，从做好规划、推进改革、强化人才、加大投入等方面阐述水文现代化发展思路，提出通过优化站网体系、提升监测能力、智能信息处理、深化产品服务等措施推进江苏水文现代化，为江苏水文高质量发展提供保障。

Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level, there is an urgent need for hydrological work to provide more accurate and faster and more comprehensive hydrological monitoring data and rich content and visual and intuitive service products. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of hydrological modernization in Jiangsu Province and analyzing the main existing problems, this paper expounds the developing ideas of hydrological modernization from the aspects of making planning, advancing reform, strengthening talents and increasing investment, etc. It is suggested that the modernization of hydrology in Jiangsu Province should be promoted by optimizing the network system, improving monitoring capability, intelligent information processing and deepening product service, it can provide guarantee for high quality development of hydrology in Jiangsu Province.
