河长制信息化建设是全面推行河（湖）长制工作的重要内容，针对我国河长制信息化建设的现状，分析目前存在的 10 个方面的问题，提出河湖管理大数据的基本内容，研究建立智慧河长系统的重要性和具体要求，并就如何应用大数据技术推动河（湖）长制信息化提出建议，介绍相关案例，对推进河长制信息化具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Informatization construction of river chief system is necessary and important for carrying out river and lake chief system. Based on the current situation of river chief system informatization construction, this article analyses 10 existing problems, puts forward the big data content for river and lake management, discusses the importance and the instructions of implementing the smart river chief system, and offers suggestions on how to improve river and lake chief system informatization by big data technology with several examples, which have reference values for informatization of river chief system.
