Abstract:As a new generation of information technology, the application potential of blockchain technology is highly valued by the government and enterprises. Blockchain mainly consists of P2P distributed network and communication, asymmetric encryption, consensus mechanism and smart contract, with the characteristics of decentralization, openness and transparency, diffificult tampering, traceability, security and reliability. Blockchain is expected to solve the pain points of water conservancy business such as data sharing, license management, fifile management, water conservancy supervision, water intake supervision, water quality monitoring and water right transaction, which can accelerate the development of smart water conservancy, provide strong support and drive for the modernization of water governance system and capacity, and have a wide application prospect.
