摘要:

智慧水务的不断深入给管理、技术、模式、研发思路等带来新的机遇和挑战，逐步推进水务 IT 环境治理向服务平台建设的方向发展和转变，促进提升上海水务的信息化科技、服务和管理水平。通过使用水之云管理服务平台将平台信息化的模式落地为“三横一纵”，即基础设施云、数据云、应用云和资源管理体系，并且构建核心组件对现有管理模式逐步深入和匹配，达到不断创新发展水务行业单位信息化管理及服务能力的目的。

Abstract:

The continuous deepening of intelligent water affairs brings new opportunities and challenges to management, technology, mode, research and development ideas, etc. It gradually promotes the development and transformation of water affairs from environment governance to the direction of service platform construction, so as to promote the promotion of information technology, service and management of Shanghai Water Affairs Bureau. By using the water cloud management service platform, the platform informatization mode is implemented as “three horizontal and one vertical”, that is, infrastructure cloud, data cloud, application cloud and resource management system, and the core components are constructed to gradually deepen and match the existing management mode, so as to achieve the purpose of innovation and development of information management and service capacity of water industry units.
