摘要:

分析讨论黄河水利委员会近年来在信息资源建设与应用方面存在的问题，力图通过黄河一张图的建设，打造空间地理、基础水利、治黄业务及互联网数据相融合的治黄信息化业务支撑平台。黄河一张图由感知获取层、数据治理层、服务支撑层和业务应用层组成，在标准规范和安全等体系建设的保障下，利用 SOA 和微服务双擎驱动的软件架构、面向服务的地理信息共享和机器学习等技术开展项目建设，取得较好的经济和社会效益，为流域综合治理、宏观决策等业务提供多视角，大场景和可视化的专业信息服务。

Abstract:

The Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC)’s problems of information resource and applications are discussed in this paper. A united geographic information service platform, so-called One Map of Yellow River, is proposed and built to solve these problems. And it could support YRCC departments’ work by integrating, analyzing and displaying all manner of relevant geographic, fundamental hydrological, professional and internet data. The platform is composed of perception layer, data management layer, service support layer and application layer. Under the assurance of united technology standards and security facilities, several technologies, such as SOA and micro service, geographic-data shared service and machine learning, are researched and applied. The outcomes indicate the project obtains a signifificant economic and social benefifit. And it could provide users with multiple, all-round and professional information services for routine duties, such as watershed management, decision making, etc.
