Abstract:The Yellow River Conservancy Commission (YRCC)’s problems of information resource and applications are discussed in this paper. A united geographic information service platform, so-called One Map of Yellow River, is proposed and built to solve these problems. And it could support YRCC departments’ work by integrating, analyzing and displaying all manner of relevant geographic, fundamental hydrological, professional and internet data. The platform is composed of perception layer, data management layer, service support layer and application layer. Under the assurance of united technology standards and security facilities, several technologies, such as SOA and micro service, geographic-data shared service and machine learning, are researched and applied. The outcomes indicate the project obtains a signifificant economic and social benefifit. And it could provide users with multiple, all-round and professional information services for routine duties, such as watershed management, decision making, etc.
