Abstract:In view of problems of the lack of online platform for the professional training of hydrological survey skilled personnel and the scattering of all kinds of hydrological survey skills test, a big data test bank of hydrological survey skills at different levels is constructed. Based on the assessment and evaluation system of human resources department and the preparation experience of national hydrological survey skills competition, a mechanism for training, assessment and evaluation of hydrological survey skilled personnel is studied and established to develop water resources in Jiangsu Province. In this paper, the management system of survey skill evaluation realizes the functions of training, assessment, evaluation and management of hydrological survey skill talents in an online way.
