江苏省水文勘测技能评价管理系统开发与应用

Development and application of hydrological survey skill evaluation management system in Jiangsu Province

摘要:

针对水文勘测技能人才业务培训缺乏线上平台、各类水文勘测技能试题散落各处等问题，构建不同等级水文勘测技能大数据题库，依托人事部门考核测评体系，结合全国水文勘测技能大赛备赛经验，研究建立水文勘测技能人才培训、考核、评价机制，开发江苏省水文勘测技能评价管理系统，以在线方式实现水文勘测技能人才培训、考核、评价、管理的各项功能。

Abstract:

In view of problems of the lack of online platform for the professional training of hydrological survey skilled personnel and the scattering of all kinds of hydrological survey skills test, a big data test bank of hydrological survey skills at different levels is constructed. Based on the assessment and evaluation system of human resources department and the preparation experience of national hydrological survey skills competition, a mechanism for training, assessment and evaluation of hydrological survey skilled personnel is studied and established to develop water resources in Jiangsu Province. In this paper, the management system of survey skill evaluation realizes the functions of training, assessment, evaluation and management of hydrological survey skill talents in an online way.
