    摘要:

    以水利数字化转型为抓手,推进智慧水利建设。按照全行业“一云一仓一平台”布局,建立水利数字化转型“四横三纵”总体架构,构建数据共享和业务协同两大开发模型,对水利数据和业务中台进行研究;省市县各级水利应用建设采用“统一用户体系、统一工作门户、统一数据仓、统一水利地图、统一安全防御”等 “五统一”技术体系;将相关理论和方法应用于浙江水利数字化转型,研发浙江省水管理平台,并投入使用。 实践表明,研究成果有助于解决水利数据资源“信息孤岛”和水利应用“各自为政”等问题。

    Abstract:

    The digital transformation of water conservancy is an important starting point of smart water conservancy construction. According to the architecture of “one cloud, one warehouse, one platform”, a “four horizontal and three vertical” basic architecture for digital water conservancy is established. Two development models for data sharing and business collaboration are built, and the data middle platform and business middle platform are studied. Water conservancy applications for Provincial, municipal and county are developed based on the “five unified technologies”, such as a unified user system, a unified work portal, a unified data warehouse, a unified water conservancy map, and a unified security defense. The theories and methods are carried out on Zhejiang digital water conservancy. The results show that the research are helpful to solve the problems of “information islands” of water conservancy data resources and “respective management” of water conservancy applications.
