摘要:

从智慧水利关键基础设施的角度，描述江苏省水利数据中心总体架构，探讨构建水利云数据中心关键技术，包括分布式云架构、数据共享访问、业务支撑平台、应用集成和云安全等，总结基于云平台搭建的水利典型应用。为省级水利数据中心建设和水利、水务信息化基础架构提供参考和借鉴，为实现基础水信息平台目标总结经验。

Abstract:

From the view of the Smart Water Conservancy critical infrastructure, this paper describes the overall structure of Jiangsu water resources data center, and discusses several key technologies for constructing the water resources cloud data center, including distributed cloud architecture, data sharing and access, business support platform, application integration and cloud security, summarizes the typical applications based on water resources cloud platform. This paper provides reference for building provincial water resources data center and infrastructure of water resources and utilities informatization. It summarizes experience for realizing the target of basic water information platform.
