Research and construction of geographic information service cloud platform of flflood control and drought resistance in Anhui Province

摘要:

介绍安徽防汛抗旱地理信息云服务平台的建设背景及内容，对面向安徽防汛抗旱的水利数据框架建设、地理信息应用服务开发、基于 Portal for ArcGIS 的地理信息服务平台搭建等关键技术进行研究，并且开发防汛地理信息系统。安徽防汛抗旱地理信息服务平台已为一系列防汛抗旱相关业务系统提供地理信息应用服务， 为防汛、抗旱、山洪灾害预警等业务管理工作提供全方位和高效率的技术支撑。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the construction background and construction content of flflood control and drought resistance geographic information cloud service platform in Anhui. The key technologies are studied such as construction of water conservancy data framework for flflood control and drought resistance in Anhui, development of geographic information application service, and the geographic information service platform based on Portal for ArcGIS. The flood prevention GIS systemis developed based on the Anhui flood control and drought resistance geographic information service. The platform provides services for a number of flood control and drought related business systems, and provides comprehensive and effificient technical support for business management such as flflood control, drought resistance and mountain flflood disasters.
