Abstract:This paper describes the scale, architecture and the status of operation and maintenance of Jiangsu hydrological data acquisition system, analyzes the issues of operation and maintenance. This paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance scheme with three layers of architecture: collection layer, service layer and application layer, to improve real-time operation and maintenance, improve operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs. This scheme supervises the software and hardware status and data automatically of hydrological data acquisition system in real time, and does the statistics, analysis and check of data warehousing, data quality, equipment operation and efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel of hydrological data acquisition system. At the same time, it warns and tracks the system fault diagnosis and makes intelligent scheduling and disposal recommendation. And it also establishes an intelligent knowledge base system for the system.
