Abstract:Aiming at the problems of inconsistent data standards and decentralized information storage in traditional reservoir dam registration methods, this paper studies the electronic mode of reservoir dam registration, analyses the process of reservoir dam registration and a local deployed client-side reservoir dam registration system is implemented based on the support capability of WPF. Usability and standardization of reservoir data are improved by applying map-aided positioning, XMAL customised hydraulic building and XML serialization technology supported by WPF. Furthermore, it provides an outlook of registration declaration and query of reservoir dams based on B/S architecture and mobile version in a secure network environment. The system has been widely used in China. WPF can effectively adapt to the terminal environment of reservoir dam registration and declaration system which has achieved good results.
