Practice of Grass-roots Hydrological Archives Management

水文档案是水文工作的重要组成部分，面对水文管理的新形势、新要求，水文档案信息化建设亟需加强，本文以苏州水文为例，基于苏州水文档案管理的现状，针对档案意识薄弱、重视程度不高等问题，探讨了基层水文单位档案信息化建设工作中在硬件、数字化、制度、人员等方面面临的挑战和相对应的各项措施，为基层水文档案工作的开展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Hydrological archives are an important part of hydrological work. Faced with the new situation and new requirements of hydrological management, the construction of hydrological archives informatization needs to be strengthened urgently. Taking Suzhou hydrology as an example, based on the current situation of Suzhou hydrological archives management, this paper discusses the basic level hydrology in view of the weak awareness of archives and the low degree of attention paid to it. Challenges and corresponding measures faced by units in hardware, digitalization, system, personnel and other aspects of archives information construction work provide reference for the development of basic-level hydrological archives work.
