南水北调东线泵站(群)运行监控数据标准化研究

Research on Standardization of Running Monitoring Data of Pumping Stations(Group) on Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion

摘要:

针对南水北调东线各梯级泵站现场运行监控数据监测方式、数据格式、采集频率等存在较大差异,造成大量监控数据无法得到有效整合利用的问题,结合南水北调东线工程远程控制、运行调度管理、泵站优化调度分析、泵站状态分析和故障诊断等业务数据需求,研究提出南水北调东线泵站(群)运行监控数据标准化的内容范围,要素单位、取用精度和采集频率以及操作要点,为南水北调东线梯级泵站运行监控数据的集成和进一步应用提供技术基础。

Abstract:

There are great differences in monitoring mode, data format and acquisition frequency of running monitoring data during cascade pumping stations(group) on the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, that a large number of monitoring data can not be effectively integrated and utilized. Considering the data requirements of remote control, scheduling management, optimal scheduling analysis, state analysis and fault diagnosis, etc of the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, in this paper, a specification for data standardization includes the content range, element unit, accuracy, frequency and main points of standardization operation of running monitoring data of pump stations(group) are proposed for the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the specification provides a foundation for the integration and further application of running monitoring data for the pumping stations(group) on the eastern route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
