该文介绍了以福建省九龙江北溪水闸中干渠进水闸的螺杆式启闭机为改造对象，通过实证研究法模拟实验，研究了以轴销式称重传感器为核心的轴销荷载保护在螺杆式启闭机预防顶闸事故中的保护应用，解决了预防螺杆式启闭机顶闸事故的问题，完善了闸门综合自动化远程集中控制，对提升水闸管理的进一步自动化、信息化、智能化具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the JiuLong river north stream in Fujian province water gate in the main canal of the entrance gate screw hoist for transforming object, simulation experiments by empirical research ，studies the shaft pin type weighing transducer as the core of the shaft pin load protection at the top of the screw hoist prevention brake accident protection application, solved the problems of accident prevention top screw hoist brake, perfected the floodgates integrated automation remote centralized control, to further improve lock management automation, informatization, intelligence is of important application value.
