    摘要:

    为解决地处偏僻且无交流电供电的中小型闸门自动控制的问题,通过对太阳能闸门自动控制系统的总体架构,闸门控制设备的硬件组成,闸门控制设备的选型,闸门控制设备主控芯片的选择,闸门控制设备软件功能,软件工作流程,各主要软件模块的实现方法,软件控制降低闸门控制设备的运行功耗,提高系统监控图片的传输效率等方面进行研究。设计了一种基于NXP MK60DN512处理器适用于太阳能供电的闸门控制设备。在不同灌区进行的应用试验,结果表明:嵌入式太阳能闸门自动控制系统运行稳定,结构简单,价格低廉,节能环保,测量精度高,响应迅速,操作简单灵活,即满足远程控制的需要,又适应现场控制的要求,通过无线网络实时传输数据,使远程控制操作人员对闸门状态了如指掌,为远程安全精准控制闸门提供了保障。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem of automatic control small and medium-sized gate which has no alternating current power supply in remote. Through the research of solar automatic gate control system architecture, the hardware composition of gate control equipment, gate control equipment selection, gate control system of master control chip selection, gate control device software functions, the software working process, the realization method of software module, software control reduce the power consumption of the operation of the gate control equipment, and improve the transmission efficiency of the system monitoring images, etc. Design a suitable for solar power supply gate control equipment based on NXP MK60DN512 processor. Application experiment was carried out in different irrigation area, the results show that the embedded solar gate automatic control system runs stably, simple structure, low cost, energy conservation and environmental protection, high measurement precision, quick response, simple and flexible operation, which meet the needs of the remote control, and to meet the requirements of field control, through the wireless network real-time transmission data, make remote control state of the gate operator, has provided the safeguard for remote security control gate.
