灌区信息化建设发展现状及应对策略

Study on Development and Countermeasures of Information Construction in Irrigation District

摘要:

灌区信息化的建设发展是提升灌区管理水平和提高灌溉效益的有效手段之一。针对灌区信息化建设发展不同阶段中存在的问题进行了归纳总结，分别对规划、建设和运行管理阶段信息化建设发展现状进行分析，对规划质量、建设水平、设备维护、人才队伍建设相关问题进行了探讨，并对存在的问题提出应对策略以供灌区信息化建设以及长期运行管理需要。

Abstract:

Information construction and development of irrigation district is one of effective measures to improve management ability and increase irrigation benefit. Hence, exist issues in different phase of information construction and development of irrigation district was summarized. Meanwhile, planning, construction and operation phases in information development are analyzed separately; related problems like planning quality, construction level, maintenance of equipment, human resource are discussed. Countermeasure of these problems is provided to fulfill the information construction and long-term operation of irrigation district.
