    摘要:

    本文以福建省水资源管理建设系统为例,基于云计算软件即服务(SaaS)的理念,系统提出了水资源智能APP构建模式。以水资源管理业务应用平台为基础,设计了水资源智能APP系统的总体结构;提出了基于UML静态建模和动态建模相结合的APP系统功能设计模型;基于ExMobi移动应用中间件,研发了嵌入iOS和Android运行环境的APP应用平台,融合业务功能模型,构建了基于云计算的水资源智能APP系统,实现了监测信息管理、综合信息管理、预警信息管理、应急信息管理、代办提醒、新闻与公告等业务功能,为水资源管理提供了实时高效的移动信息平台。

    Abstract:

    With the water resources management information system of Fujian province as a case, the paper systematically introduced the SaaS idea to present a kind of construction mode of smart water APP. The System architecture of smart water APP was designed based on business application platform of water resource management and its functional model was proposed by combining the methods of UML static modeling and dynamic modeling. Within this framework, a mobile application middleware ExMobi was used to develop an application platform running on the operation environment of iOS and Android. And then the business function model was embedded into the mobile application platform to construct a smart water APP system based on cloud computing The functions of this system were realized, etc., the monitoring information management, integrated information management, early warning information management, emergency information management, remind agents, news and announcements.
