Brief Talk about a Little Experience in Ningxia Water Resources Construction of Data Center

扼要介绍了宁夏水利业务特点及信息化环境概况,从建设指导背景、业务背景、信息化背景、人员队伍背景、建设模式背景5个方面对宁夏水利数据中心规划建设的背景环境进行了阐述。分析了宁夏水利数据中心的总体建设步骤、第一阶段的建设过程和设计要点,分享了第一阶段的建设成果。结合自身经验,对宁夏水利数据中心规划和建设过程进行了总结,希望对今后宁夏水利信息化工作及他省水利数据中心建设起到些许借鉴作用。

Abstract:

A summary introduction is made on the features of geographical, water resources and informationalized status in Ningxia. And expounded on the five backgrounds of Ningxia water resources construction of data center, including guidance, business, informatization, technical level of personnel and construction mode. The general steps, and the process and the design points In the first phase of Ningxia water resources data center were analysed, and the results In the first phase were shared. In addition, with own experience, author summarized some viewpoints, hoping that these are useful for later and helpful to other provinces.
