Abstract:Based on DotNet and Web Service, the hydrological information transfer system is designed and developed with Ajax, Spring and IBATIS technology. The system, consisting of five sub-systems such as database-upgrading, information transmission, information receiving, statistical analysis and information monitoring, combines together both trigger and polling mechanisms to transform hydrological information duly, efficiently and completely between heterogeneous databases. It is a major innovation of hydrological information transmission technology. Through the application of the system, the information transferred is expanded from a single class of real-time information to real-time class, forecasting class, basic class and statistic class information, which have significantly improved the amount and timeliness of hydrological information submitted by hydrological departments at all level.
