    摘要:

    基于.Net技术框架、Web Service技术设计开发水情信息交换系统。系统采用Ajax、Spring、IBATIS等技术,利用触发和轮询相结合的混合机制,通过数据库升级、信息发送、信息接收、统计分析、信息监控等5个子系统,实现了异构数据库之间水情信息及时、高效、完整传输,革新了水情信息传输技术。系统应用显著提高了全国水情部门报送水情信息的信息量和时效性,实现了由单一的实时类信息到实时类、预报类、基础类及统计类信息的全面交换。

    Abstract:

    Based on DotNet and Web Service, the hydrological information transfer system is designed and developed with Ajax, Spring and IBATIS technology. The system, consisting of five sub-systems such as database-upgrading, information transmission, information receiving, statistical analysis and information monitoring, combines together both trigger and polling mechanisms to transform hydrological information duly, efficiently and completely between heterogeneous databases. It is a major innovation of hydrological information transmission technology. Through the application of the system, the information transferred is expanded from a single class of real-time information to real-time class, forecasting class, basic class and statistic class information, which have significantly improved the amount and timeliness of hydrological information submitted by hydrological departments at all level.
